REGISTERED OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH MEDICAL PRACTITIONER FOR RENDERING OF MEDICAL SURVEILLANCE FOR THE MUNICIPALITY FOR THE PERIOD OF THREE YEARS.
Special conditions
The Registered Occupational Health Medical Practitioner shall be responsible for the provision of all Medical Surveillance services as stipulated in the Scope of Work. The Service Provider shall ensure that all services are rendered professionally, ethically, and in compliance with all applicable legislation and the rules of the relevant professional regulatory bodies.
